Rochelle Gellatly

Clinical Pharmacist in Critical Care, Surrey Memorial Hospital in Surrey, Canada

Rochelle Gellatly has practised as a clinical pharmacist in both Australian and Canadian hospitals. Rochelle completed her Doctor of Pharmacy at the University of British Columbia in 2008. She has worked in the areas of advanced heart failure and heart transplantation as well as in critical care. Rochelle is a Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist with added qualifications in Cardiology and an Australian Advanced Practice Pharmacist.

Rochelle began her teaching career in Australian higher education with Monash University in 2011 where she coordinated and taught into the Masters of Clinical Pharmacy research and therapeutics units. More recently, she joined the Vertically Integrated Masters (VIM) program and lead the development of the Monash Model of CARE, a standardised approach to patient-centred care, which has been implemented into the VIM curriculum.
